Because our food is made fresh to order, returns are accepted only if there is an issue with your order. If you receive the wrong item, your order is missing items, or there is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with your order number and a photo, if applicable. We will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund when appropriate. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for orders based on personal taste or orders that were entered incorrectly by the customer.
